SERIES 21/01 AVK WEDGE GATE VALVE, PN10/16
The Series 21/01 is a resilient seat, wedge gate valve with an ISO mounting gland flange for the safe and cost effective fitting of gearboxes and actuators. Suitable for use with water and neutral liquids, to a maximum temperature of +70°C.

Features

• Ductile iron wedge, fully vulcanised with EPDM rubber.
• O-ring stem seals replaceable under pressure.
• No accessable moving parts.
• Fusion bonded epoxy coating.
• Body bonnet bolts sealed with hot melt.
• Bosses for sampling or by-passing (undrilled).
• ISO F10 mounting gland flange up to 300mm F14 on DN350 and 400mm for gearbox actuation.*

• Bare shaft as standard.
• Electric actuation.
• Bevel or spur gearboxes.
• Alternative flange drilling.

* For electric actuation, valve sizes DN200 @ PN10 to DN400 @ PN16, ISO F14 flange is required.
